Worthwise vs Mint

Mint shut down in March 2024, when Intuit folded it into Credit Karma. Most of the replacements that showed up are dashboards.

Worthwise went the other way: there's no app at all. You connect your accounts once, and after that you just text. Net worth, spending, big charges, budgets, all in the thread you already have open.

Why you should switch from Mint to Worthwise

  • Nothing to open. You already have Messages.
  • It texts you first: big charges, subscriptions you forgot about, payday.
  • No ads. Mint was free because the ads paid for it.
  • Crypto wallets, RSUs, even statement screenshots count toward the same number.
